📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain Vicidial and Webitel Dialer systems, ensuring high efficiency and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to VoIP and IVR systems.
• Implement new features and updates to our dialer systems.
• Provide training and support to other team members on the use of dialer systems.
• Monitor system performance and generate reports for management.
• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure seamless integration of dialer systems with other technologies.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in dialer technology.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing dialer systems, preferably Vicidial and Webitel Dialer.
• Proven experience with VoIP and IVR systems.
• Certification in Vicidial or Webitel Dialer is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database management.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
