📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the team to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service delivery.,Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.,Monitor and maintain the quality of our services to meet or exceed client expectations.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Plan and organize events or activities as required by the company.,Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.,Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the tourism or hospitality industry.,Proven track record of managing teams and delivering exceptional service.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the local regulations and customs of Bali.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.,Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
