📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide Level 1 technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage and track IT incidents using ServiceNow and other ticketing tools.
• Assist in the deployment and configuration of new IT systems and software.
• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure smooth IT operations and service delivery.
• Document and maintain IT knowledge base for future reference.
• Conduct regular system checks and updates to prevent potential issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
