As our Merchant Acquisition Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our network of pet shops and veterinary clinics across Bali. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying, contacting, and onboarding potential merchants to join our platform. You'll leverage your sales and relationship-building skills to build strong partnerships with pet shops and veterinary clinics, ensuring they meet our high standards for quality and service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and prospect potential pet shops and veterinary clinics in Bali to join our platform.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads for merchant acquisition.
• Conduct thorough due diligence on potential merchants to ensure they meet our quality standards.
• Negotiate and finalize merchant agreements, including terms and conditions.
• Onboard new merchants, including training and support to ensure a smooth integration into our platform.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing merchants to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Monitor merchant performance and provide feedback and support to help them improve.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our merchant acquisition strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, with a focus on the pet care industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Knowledge of the pet care industry in Bali, including local regulations and market trends.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
