📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop sales teams to achieve company targets.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales.,Monitor market trends and competition to stay ahead of the curve.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.,Ensure all sales and marketing activities comply with company policies and regulations.,Provide regular reports and updates to senior management.,Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve their targets.,Participate in product development and innovation initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or related fields.,Proven track record of success in managing and developing sales teams.,Strong understanding of market trends and competition.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with sales and marketing software and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.
