📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Providing technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues,Maintaining and updating IT systems and software,Monitoring network performance and ensuring network security,Assisting with the installation and configuration of new IT equipment,Documenting IT processes and procedures,Assisting with the implementation of new IT projects,Ensuring compliance with IT policies and procedures,Providing training to employees on the use of IT systems and software

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field,Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support or a related role,Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems,Familiarity with network protocols and security measures,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus
