📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy and medical supplies department.,Ensure accurate and timely inventory management and stock control.,Supervise and train staff to maintain high standards of service and customer satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and guidelines.,Manage the budget and financial aspects of the pharmacy and medical supplies department.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective healthcare services.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all pharmacy transactions and inventory.,Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance the department's performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in a healthcare facility.,Strong knowledge of pharmacy management and healthcare regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using pharmacy management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian healthcare system and regulations.
