📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily production operations and ensure adherence to safety protocols,Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks,Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any quality or safety issues,Train and mentor junior staff to improve overall performance,Maintain accurate records of production data and report to management,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve departmental goals,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations,Handle any other duties as assigned by the supervisor

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role,Proven track record of successfully managing production operations,Strong knowledge of safety protocols and quality control procedures,Good communication and leadership skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with production software and tools,Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred but not required),Must be fluent in Indonesian and English
