📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the vehicle fleet, including scheduling, dispatching, and tracking.,Ensure that all vehicles are well-maintained and safe for use, by coordinating with mechanics and service providers.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, and work with the finance team to manage the fleet budget.,Handle all aspects of vehicle documentation, including registration, insurance, and maintenance records.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient fleet operations.,Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of drivers and passengers.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and recommend improvements where necessary.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
