We are looking for a dedicated HR Officer to join our team at CV Sumber Mega in Subang, Jawa Barat. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees,Maintain and update employee records and files,Coordinate employee orientation and onboarding processes,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution,Manage payroll and benefits administration,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a related field,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Fluency in English is a plus
