📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain and update employee records and personnel files.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Coordinate with other departments to address HR-related issues.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Manage employee benefits and ensure their timely processing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in the hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and office tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is a plus.
