📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding client base.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on client performance and sales progress.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to build relationships and generate leads.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and client relationship management.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and client relationship management.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of our products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using sales and CRM software.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
