📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a specific department within the health center, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.,Develop and implement departmental strategies and policies to achieve organizational goals.,Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of departmental staff to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.,Monitor departmental performance and provide regular reports to senior management.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination of services.,Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.,Manage departmental budgets and resources to ensure optimal use and financial efficiency.,Represent the health center at external events and meetings as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as healthcare administration, business administration, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a healthcare management role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.,Proven track record of success in managing a department within a healthcare setting.,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in using common office software and healthcare management tools.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.
