In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR activities, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee performance and engagement.,Lead and mentor HR team members, providing guidance and support.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring a positive work environment.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Collaborate with senior management to align HR practices with business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
