📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and oversee all laboratory operations and staff.,Ensure the quality and consistency of tea products through rigorous testing and analysis.,Develop and implement standard operating procedures for laboratory processes.,Train and mentor junior lab technicians.,Conduct research and development to improve tea quality and processes.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment.,Comply with all relevant health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Chemistry, Biology, or Food Science.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in the tea industry.,Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and equipment.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with quality control and assurance processes.
