📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the laboratory, including equipment maintenance and calibration.,Conduct and supervise laboratory tests to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.,Train and mentor junior lab technicians to maintain high performance and quality standards.,Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory processes.,Ensure all safety protocols are followed to protect personnel and equipment.,Analyze and interpret test results to provide actionable insights for the team.,Maintain detailed records of all laboratory activities and test results.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and quality assurance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in the agricultural or seed industry.,Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and equipment calibration.,Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of lab technicians.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using laboratory software and data management systems.,Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and quality assurance standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
