📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to ensure high performance and productivity.,Conduct job analyses and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the needs of the organization.,Source, screen, and evaluate candidates to identify the best fit for the position.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide input on the hiring process.,Maintain a strong network of industry contacts to identify and attract passive candidates.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including scheduling interviews and making job offers.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,5-7 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
