📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in vessel scheduling and route planning using specialized maritime software.
• Support cargo planning and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international regulations.
• Manage and maintain operational records and reports using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Assist in the preparation and organization of operational meetings and briefings.
• Provide administrative support to the operations team, including travel arrangements and logistics.
• Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures and protocols.
• Support the team in maintaining high levels of safety and compliance with maritime regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fresh graduate with a degree in Logistics, Maritime Studies, or a related field.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of maritime software and tools is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
