📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and friendly manner.,Manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures.,Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries.,Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations.,Handle and process payments and transactions.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Perform general office duties as needed.,Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized at all times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or front desk role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Familiarity with office software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Friendly and professional demeanor.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
