📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees,Maintain and update employee records and files,Handle employee relations and address any concerns or issues,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees,Assist in the administration of employee benefits and compensation,Support the company's compliance with labor laws and regulations,Assist in the planning and execution of HR training and development programs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a related field,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using HR software and tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with remote work and collaboration tools,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
