📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including food and beverage service, staff scheduling, and inventory management.,Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction by maintaining a clean and organized restaurant environment.,Manage and train staff to uphold the restaurant's standards and policies.,Monitor sales and profitability, and implement strategies to improve performance.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.,Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports for management.,Promote the restaurant's brand and marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food and beverage industry.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and best practices.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Certification in Food Safety and Sanitation (e.g., ServSafe) is a plus.
