📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.
  • Manage and train a team of staff to ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure cost efficiency and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.
  • Analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions to drive business growth.
  • Maintain a clean and well-organized restaurant environment.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
