📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.

Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.

Manage staff performance, including hiring, training, and development.

Drive sales growth through effective marketing and customer service strategies.

Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.

Handle customer complaints and ensure their satisfaction.

Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.

Proven track record of managing a restaurant or similar establishment.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.

Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.

Ability to work well in a team and individually.

Familiarity with Indonesian cuisine and culture.
