📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.,Ensure that the restaurant meets health and safety standards and regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop staff to ensure they meet the high standards of our restaurant.,Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance to identify areas for improvement.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Ensure that all staff members are aware of and comply with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and staff scheduling.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations and standards.,Ability to analyze sales and financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
