📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Providing excellent customer service and assistance to customers.,Promoting and selling products to increase sales revenue.,Maintaining a clean and organized retail space.,Assisting in inventory management and stock control.,Collaborating with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.,Conducting regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies.,Providing feedback to the management team on customer preferences and market trends.,Training and mentoring new retail staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service.,Proven track record in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is preferred.,Ability to lift and move heavy items up to 20 kg.
