📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain accurate project estimates for fire protection systems and services.,Coordinate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.,Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project requirements and provide technical advice.,Prepare and submit project proposals, including cost estimates, schedules, and technical specifications.,Monitor project progress and identify potential issues to mitigate risks and ensure project success.,Collaborate with the team to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.,Provide technical support and training to junior staff as needed.,Maintain accurate records of project documentation and financial information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Fire Protection Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fire protection project estimation and management.,Proven experience in developing and managing project estimates for fire protection systems and services.,Strong knowledge of fire protection codes, standards, and regulations.,Proficiency in using project management software and tools.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
