📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Prepare and present sales reports to management and stakeholders.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to ensure consistent performance.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of products/services.,Manage the sales pipeline and forecast sales performance.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products/services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the urban development sector.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.,Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently.
