📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and execute tendering processes from initiation to contract award, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.,Develop and maintain tendering strategies and plans to achieve project objectives and maximize profitability.,Evaluate and analyze technical and commercial proposals from suppliers and contractors to ensure they meet project requirements and budget constraints.,Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather information and data needed for tendering processes.,Negotiate and finalize contracts with suppliers and contractors, ensuring that all terms and conditions are favorable to the company.,Monitor and report on tendering performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in tendering and procurement.,Provide technical and commercial support to the Distribution Solutions team during the tendering process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in tendering, procurement, or contract management, with a focus on the energy and utility sector.,Strong knowledge of tendering processes, procurement laws, and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and local language (Bahasa Indonesia).,Experience with ABB or similar international companies is a plus.,Certifications in tendering, procurement, or contract management are a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
