📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.
• Ensure seamless integration of IT systems with our healthcare workflows, including Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Practice Management Systems (PMS).
• Implement and manage telemedicine platforms to enhance patient care and accessibility.
• Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with international standards and regulations.
• Provide technical support and training to healthcare staff on the use of IT systems.
• Monitor and optimize IT performance to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Collaborate with the IT team to plan and execute IT projects, including system upgrades and new implementations.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the healthcare IT industry to drive innovation and improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or other relevant IT management certifications.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare IT systems, including EHR, PMS, and telemedicine platforms.
• Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure and ensuring compliance with international standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
