📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Assist in maintaining employee records and HR documentation using systems like BambooHR or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Participate in employee engagement activities, such as surveys and feedback sessions.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Support the HR team in organizing and attending HR-related events and workshops.
• Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.
• Contribute to the team by providing administrative support and maintaining a positive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of HR software and tools, such as BambooHR or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive and detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
