📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide real-time interpretation for meetings, conferences, and daily operations between Japanese and Indonesian teams.
• Ensure accurate and timely translation of technical documents, reports, and manuals related to manufacturing processes.
• Facilitate effective communication between Japanese suppliers and Indonesian manufacturing teams.
• Assist in cross-cultural training sessions to enhance understanding and collaboration between teams.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and manufacturing technologies to provide informed interpretation.
• Collaborate with the operations team to identify communication barriers and propose solutions.
• Support the localization of manufacturing processes and quality standards to align with Indonesian regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in both Japanese and Indonesian, with a strong command of both languages.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in interpretation or translation, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial context.
• Certification in Japanese-Indonesian interpretation or translation (e.g., JITPT, JFTI, or equivalent).
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and industrial regulations.
• Excellent communication, cultural awareness, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using interpretation software and tools such as Otter.ai, Rev, or similar.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Flexibility to travel to different locations within Indonesia as needed.
