📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Host engaging live streaming sessions to showcase products and drive real-time sales
• Build and maintain a strong connection with the audience through interactive Q&A sessions and live polls
• Promote products effectively, highlighting their features and benefits to increase customer interest
• Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and concerns during live sessions
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure a cohesive and effective Live Commerce strategy
• Analyze live streaming performance metrics and provide feedback for continuous improvement
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Live Commerce and e-commerce
• Represent MirrorSpace professionally, both online and offline, as a brand ambassador

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and entertain a live audience
• Excellent product knowledge and understanding of the e-commerce landscape
• Proficiency in using live streaming platforms such as Zoom, OBS Studio, or similar tools
• Familiarity with social media platforms and the ability to promote live sessions effectively
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Creative and innovative thinker, with a passion for driving sales and engagement
• Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian
