In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving targets by managing and executing sales projects. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Manage and track sales projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Train and mentor sales teams to enhance their performance and skills.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the electrical appliances or home appliances industry.,Strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.,Proficient in using sales tools and software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
