📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations.
• Oversee asset management, including property and equipment, to optimize value and efficiency.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of financial processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Provide financial guidance and support to department heads and managers.
• Stay updated with the latest accounting standards and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial accounting or asset management.
• Professional certification in Accounting (CPA, ACCA, or CMA) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
