📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Foster a high-performance culture by implementing employee engagement programs.
• Manage performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and development planning.
• Oversee HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.
• Provide expert HR advice and guidance to support the company's growth and success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR, with a strong track record in strategic HR roles.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in HR software, such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
