📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications accurately and efficiently.
• Verify patient prescriptions and medication orders to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Operate pharmacy management software (e.g., Medispan, OMNI) to manage inventory and patient records.
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, answering their questions and addressing their concerns.
• Monitor medication expiration dates and stock levels to ensure optimal inventory management.
• Collaborate with the pharmacy team to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Stay updated on new medications, dosing guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in training new staff and providing ongoing support to the pharmacy team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting, preferably in a dispensing role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in medication dispensing.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with pharmacy management software (e.g., Medispan, OMNI) is a plus.
