📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage daily manufacturing and logistics operations to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to streamline processes and improve workflows.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including production, logistics, and supply chain, to ensure seamless integration of operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in manufacturing and logistics.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and address operational issues.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the Head of Operations to develop and execute long-term operational plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the manufacturing and logistics industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing operational processes.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle, and logistics management software, such as JDA or Manhattan Associates.
• Certification in Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
